1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using On9Draft, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of forming a binding contract.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Sign-in is provided via Google. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter and the documents you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service (such as generating, storing and exporting your documents).

5. AI-Generated Content & No Professional Advice

On9Draft helps you draft documents quickly, including using AI. Generated documents are provided for convenience and may contain errors or omissions. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment partner. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful purposes.
• Generate documents that impersonate others or facilitate deception.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The On9Draft platform, branding, templates and software are owned by Appzito Technologies and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform beyond use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On9Draft and Appzito Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on generated documents.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
