Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

On9Draft offers a free plan and paid plans (such as Pro and Pro Plus). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

3. Refund Eligibility

As On9Draft provides instant access to digital features, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge.
• A verified billing error on our side.
• A technical issue that prevented you from using a paid feature and that we were unable to resolve.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@appzito.com within 7 days of the charge, including your registered email and the reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
