On9Draft (“we”, “us”, “our”), a product of Appzito Technologies, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use on9draft.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
  • Document details — the information you enter into our forms and the documents you generate or save to your Vault.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card or banking details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate and store your documents, process subscriptions, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Document Content & AI Processing

When you use AI generation, the details you provide are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate your document. We do not sell your document content, and we do not use it to train our own models. Manual (template) generation runs without sending your content to the AI provider.

5. Data Storage & Security

Saved documents and account data are stored securely using Google Firebase. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the service, including Google (authentication and Firebase), Google Gemini (AI generation) and our payment gateway (subscriptions). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

On9Draft is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
